1、Director, SoftwareDevelopment(Shanghai)

SUMMARY

Underadministrative supervision of CTO, this position is responsible for overseeingthe creation, implementing and testing of RFID and IoT software solutions
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Responsible for the overall direction,coordination, and evaluation of RFID and IoT software solution development,which includes:
Responsible for establishing RFID solutiongoals and objectives including commitment to project timelines and keydevelopment milestones;
Ensure product design objectives are consistentwith end user requirements;
Analyze and report critical metrics duringall phases of the software product lifecycle and process maturation;
Direct all new software product developmentto meet current and future business objectives;
Establish, communicate, and drivestrategic- and tactical-level goals for the software department in response toorganizational priorities;
Achieves product quality and performancerequirements.

Ensures planning, direction and supervisionof software team to perform all testing and support to RFID / IoT systemsolution, which includes:
Maintaining quality and productionstandards.
Establishing and implementing policy.
Ensure efficient project management todependably deliver products in a timely manner.
Interface with internal and externalcustomers to deliver software on schedule.
Reviewing new product specifications forsystems solution requirements.

Manages Software Development Personnel,which includes:
Developing and communicating short-term andlong-term goals and objectives;
Ensure appropriate resource levels and mixof development competencies among staff;
Mentor and develop software departmentpersonnel and lead recruiting efforts to enhance the organization;
Oversee the preparation of project staffingestimates, and monitor project status and skill set projections;
Providing training and assistance withadvanced/complex technical issues.
Participates in peer support, teampresentations and training activities; and
Contributes improvements to team practices,standards and processes.

EXPERIENCEAND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of ten years professional relatedexperience managing software developers/engineers required.
Professional oral and written communicationskills required.
Thorough understanding of RFID products andsolution required.
Decision-making ability and analyticalthinking skills required.
Ability to think strategically and executetactically.
Effective planning, organizational,analytical and problem-solving skills required.

EDUCATIONAND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science orrelated field required, MSc preferred

2、sr engineering manager(Shanghai)

Position Overview:
1. Own LIE teamto provide technical and production sustaining engineering support of LensStacking (wafer level), Die saw, CCC stacking (Lens to Sensor), Marking/Cuttingand Final inspection.
2. Support PIEto improve CCC FVI and ATE yield
3. Support MFG/EE team to meet CCC output
4. Support MFGteam to arrange output plan
5. Support RDto transfer new technology & product
6. Support new toolevaluation, installation and tuning.
7. Support Sales & marketing to deliver customer samples

Responsibilities:
Primary (70%):
1. Yield improvement (Line yield, Lens FVI yield, CCC FVI yield)
2. Maintain LIEprocess KPI
3. CCC output& MPS
4. RD projectnew technology and product transfer
5. Customer sample deliver

Secondary (30%)
1. CCC output& MPS plan
2. Support EEteam to maintain equipment

Requirements:
1. BS/MS/PhDeducation in Engineering related field
2. Lens Stacking/Die saw (wafer level)/Die stacking/CCC process skill
3.Manufacturing mass production experience
4. Optics andR&D related working experience
5. Good communication, organization and presentation in English skills
6. Good peopleretention and training skills

3、资深嵌入式系统开发工程师(Shanghai)

岗位职责:
1.参与项目需求分析,编写软件设计文档和详细设计文档;
2.根据设计要求完成相应的驱动编写、调试测试、维护和改进等工作。

职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历计算机、通讯、电子、自动化相关专业;
2.熟悉Linux等一种以上的嵌入式操作系统,精通C或C++语言编程,具备Linux驱动开发能力,有5年以上嵌入式系统软件开发经验,
3.熟悉嵌入式系统中的常用接口,掌握多种调试工具的使用方法,具有丰富的调试经验;
4.精通系统架构设计,参与过项目系统架构设计并实现量产者优先考虑;
5.熟悉DVB标准,有数字电视,机顶盒开发经验者优先考虑;
6.熟悉ARM系列CPU架构,熟悉ARM汇编指令,有底层硬件开发经验(可选);
7.熟悉音视频多媒体工作原理(可选);
8.英语四级以上,具有良好的英文读写及口语交流能力;
9.具有良好的学习能力和沟通能力,工作积极主动,能够承受较强的工作压力;
10.严格遵守公司代码编程规范及研发流程。

4、IC设计总监(Taiwan)

岗位职责:
1.负责研发设计部门日常运行和管理;
2.指导研发团队新产品定义、立项、设计、验证;
3.指导研发团队制定产品测试、应用及标准制定及批量生产;
4.分配设计工作,加强团队之间不同功能的分工合作,提高研发效率;
5.负责研发团队建设及人才的引进和培养,以符合公司发展战略的人才需求。

岗位要求:
1.微电子、电路与系统、电子科学与技术等相关专业硕士或博士以上学历;
2.IC行业模拟电路10年以上的设计工作经验,在模拟电路领域5年以上的部门管理经验;
3.熟悉模拟电路产品定义、设计、测试、应用及品质控制流程;
4.工作严谨、细致、高效、务实,富创新性思维能力,思路清晰;
5.有较强的成本、品质意识,良好的职业道德和职业操守;
6.丰富的组织、沟通、协调和团队驾驭能力;
7.认同企业文化,为人正派,严以律己,人品足已服众;
8.IC行业海归博士有团队管理经验者尤佳。
